This classic example of an antique Victorian muff (or long-guard) chain is a great 54 inches in length, meaning you can wear it long, doubled, or even tripled around your neck! It has no closure, but does boast a large dog clip at the end that you can use to hook on a pendant or a few! The gold filled metal is in very good condition considering its age – antique gold fill was much better than what we call gold filled now! It was made to last, and clearly it has!
