DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

Available shipping methods within the continental US:

Standard Delivery - $8 (5–8  business days)

Orders over $350 will have free shipping. Orders are shipped Mon-Fri excluding holidays. We will communicate any shipping delay within 24 hours of your order. If we are having a piece custom made for you, please see your order notification for your wait time. We ship all packages via USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

International shipping is $15. 

INSURANCE

Shipping insurance is done through Route, a third party application, that protects orders in cases of loss, theft, or damage. Route also provides tracking for your package. When viewing your Cart, Route will not be automatically added to your Cart. If you would like to add Route insurance and tracking, scroll to the bottom of your Cart where it says "1-Click Protect" and click "ADD." Please see the photo below.

Route insurance is available for items of all price points, and costs 1.5% to 5% of your Cart total.

ISSUES WITH AN ORDER

We are sorry to hear you have an issue with your order. If you received a damaged or defective, wrong, or missing item in your order, please contact info@somedayjewels.com and our team will work to remedy the issue.

PLEASE NOTE

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the USPS, I am not able to issue a refund for a lost package or misdelivery. I recommend both adding insurance and receiving text notifications for package tracking so you may be able to address any issues quickly.
