About
A native Angeleno, Monica is a lifelong lover of jewelry. Ever since she first discovered her grandmother’s jewelry boxes, at a very young age, she felt drawn to the artform. Over a decade ago, Monica began designing her own pieces in her living room and a successful business was born. Her jewelry designs appeared in publications such as ELLE Canada and California Style; the television show “The Voice;” and adorned celebrities including Kylie Jenner, Tori Kelly, and Constance Wu to name a few. Monica also worked in marketing and as a makeup artist before being called to jewelry again.
In 2020, with Los Angeles in lockdown, Monica decided to make her passion (and obsession) for jewelry her life’s work – and Someday Jewels was born. From her first live sale on Instagram to today, Someday Jewels brings unique and beautiful vintage, antique, and custom jewelry to you. Monica only sources what she loves, and makes it her mission to get to know each of her customers so she is able to find pieces that speak to them and will become heirloom additions to their personal collections. Her custom-designed line takes inspiration from classic antique jewelry styles and updates them for the modern woman or man so they may wear and love them for decades to come.
When Monica isn’t hunting down the next great piece of jewelry to bring to you, she can be found painting, or scouring the vintage shops and flea markets of Los Angeles.
