This is a truly incredible work of Victorian art! Made out of 16k yellow gold, with a delicately chased front, this shield holds real human hair. This likely served as a mourning, or sentimental, piece. It was originally a stickpin, however I had my jeweler professionally convert it into a pendant using its original twisted pin component. This is a truly amazing piece for the antique collector!
