This is a truly gorgeous work of antique art! Crafted in 14k gold, this pendant has a real hand-hewn feel to it and it is clear someone made this with love and care and it was worn by people who also equally adored it. It is ready for its next journey in its long life. As it has no hallmarks, it is hard for me to date this exactly or determine its origin, however after extensive research I believe it is likely dated to the early 1800s, or even late 1700s. It has visual similarities to Iberian crosses as well as French Regional crosses. I have never come across another pendant its equal and it would be the most incredible addition to anyone's jewelry collection! I will include a gorgeous ribbon with this pendant for you to wear it as it likely was worn when it was newly made!
